Exercise is good but

Exercise is good but when it is not appropriate for a person, I think it is not advisable to have it. I am saying about this because I have read in yahoo that there is this one man who landed in the ER because of doing P90X workout – http://news.yahoo.com/blogs/sideshow/man-says-one-day-p90x-sent-him-emergency-170839781.html. I am thinking that this exercise must be very strenuous to any person. As for me, I would just be controlling my food intake and do my own exercise every day that is good for my body.
